The ES Uses Art to Create Social Change!
This week our ES Visual Art teacher, Richard Mabula, in collaboration with students in Grade 4 Parrish and Blair chose to use Art to advocate for social change. The ES school welcomed Director of Concordia Welfare & Education Foundation (CWEF), Josh Lange to the ES Division. CWEF works throughout China and Cambodia to bring education equality to students in rural communities while at the same time providing for the basic needs of the community with clean water and sustainable products. This was another opportunity for our students to use their skills to show how much they how value every life and respect for all people evev if they believe differently.
