We would like to bring to your attention some updates to the Aramark mini-App, aimed at enhancing your experience and facilitating better management of your child(ren)'s account.
Low Balance Reminder Email:
You will receive a low balance reminder email when the balance on your child(ren)'s account falls below RMB 100. This will ensure you are promptly informed about the account balance.
Transaction Reminder Email for Negative Balances:
In the event of a negative account balance, you will receive a reminder email with each subsequent transaction until the card is topped up. This feature is designed to keep you informed about negative balances and encourage timely account top-ups.
Overdrawn Account Deactivation:
For students who overdraw their account up to RMB 600, the card will be deactivated. In such cases, Aramark will provide a limited meal service, including only vegetable and rice for free. This measure is implemented to ensure responsible use of the account and to encourage timely settlements.
These new features will come into effective starting from the second semester in January. We encourage all parents to regularly review their child's account and take necessary actions to avoid any inconvenience.
